1. BUSINESS DETAILS

This website, sealflex.com.au (“Website”), is owned and operated by Envestas Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this Website and the purchase of goods from us.

These Terms apply to:

  • Retail customers purchasing via the Website; and
  • Wholesale customers/resellers, unless otherwise governed by a separate written agreement.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing this Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

An order is deemed accepted and binding once payment in full has been received.

3. PRODUCTS, PRICING & AVAILABILITY

  • All prices are in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise
  • We reserve the right to change:
    • Pricing
    • Product specifications
    • Colours, materials, packaging
    • Availability

at any time without notice.

  • Product images and descriptions are indicative only and may vary from delivered goods.

4. ORDERS & PAYMENT

  • Orders must be paid in full at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • We reserve the right to:
    • Refuse or cancel orders
    • Limit quantities
    • Correct pricing or listing errors

If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

5. DELIVERY & SHIPPING

5.1 Dispatch

Orders are generally dispatched within 24 business hours, subject to stock availability.

5.2 Shipping

  • We use Australia Post and associated carriers
  • Standard delivery: 2–4 business days (Australia)

Important:

  • We operate from Western Australia
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed
  • Next Business Day Express is only available within Australia Post’s network

6. TITLE & RISK

  • Title passes upon dispatch
  • Risk passes upon delivery confirmation by the carrier

7. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

7.1 Exchanges (Retail)

  • Size exchanges only
  • Must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be:
    • Unworn other than for try-on purposes
    • With original tags
    • In original packaging

Customer is responsible for return shipping.

7.2 Change-of-Mind Refunds

  • Must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be returned in resalable condition

Deductions apply:

  • 10% restocking fee
  • $10 freight recovery fee

Exclusions:

  • Sale or clearance items are final sale
  • Bundled items refunded at standalone pricing

7.3 Faulty Goods

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Where goods are faulty, defective, or not as described:

  • We will provide repair, replacement, or refund as required by law
  • Return shipping costs will be reimbursed where applicable

8. RETURNS & DELIVERY CLAIMS

  • Returned items remain your responsibility until received
  • We recommend tracked and insured postage

Lost item claims:

  • A 15 business day waiting period applies before investigation
  • This aligns with carrier claim processes

9. WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS

Wholesale customers:

  • Are not eligible for retail refunds/exchanges unless agreed in writing
  • Must inspect goods and report issues within 7 days of delivery
  • May be subject to separate pricing and trading terms

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USE OF CONTENT

All content on this Website, including:

  • Product imagery
  • Garment designs
  • Logos and branding
  • Written content

is owned by or licensed to Envestas Pty Ltd.

You must not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute content
  • Use imagery for resale, marketplaces, or competitor listings
