Refund policy

REFUND POLICY (CHANGE OF MIND – RETAIL)

Refunds are available subject to:

• Notification within 14 days of delivery
• Goods returned in as-new, resalable condition

Deductions:

• 10% restocking fee
• $10 freight recovery fee

Additional conditions:

• Return shipping is at the customer’s cost
• Bundled items refunded at standalone unit pricing
• Sale / clearance items are final and not refundable

Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
